Star Satellite Internet is operated by [starsatelliteinternet.com, e.g., “Ashknaz Sahotra”] as an independent, authorized dealer for Starlink (1000 Marina Blvd Ste 600, Brisbane, California, 94005), pursuant to an Authorized Dealer Program Agreement effective August 25, 2023.

Important Clarification: We are a marketing and customer acquisition service. We help customers identify, compare, and sign up for various high-speed internet services from multiple third-party providers. We are NOT an internet service provider ourselves. We are NOT SpaceX, and we are NOT the official “Starlink” satellite internet service operated by SpaceX.

3. No Service Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

The availability of any specific internet service at your location
Pricing, speeds, or terms offered by service providers
Installation timelines or service reliability
That you will qualify for any particular offer or promotion

All final service agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions, are solely between you and the chosen internet service provider.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when checking service availability
Review and understand the terms of any service agreement before accepting
Direct all service-related issues (billing, technical support, cancellations) to the actual service provider
Use our website only for lawful purposes

5. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is our property or used with permission. The name “Starlink” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Our use of these terms is for referential purposes only under our dealer agreement and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Satellite Internet and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use or inability to use our website or services
Any internet service obtained through our facilitation
Service interruptions, errors, or omissions
Any third-party actions or provider conduct

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Satellite Internet, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.
